FAQs

What type of printing is it?

We offer direct-to-film (DTF) printing which is the latest in print technology and work with premium consumables and machinery to ensure a high-quality result.

What file type/s are best?

Generally we recommend a PNG file with a transparent background and to get the best results a file with at least 300dpi is ideal.

Next best files types are vectored EPS, PDF or Adobe Illustrator files.

What if I need artwork help?

Our team does offer an artwork edit service and additional fees will apply. The team will contact you before to confirm you wish to proceed.

Did you know - Canva is a FREE amazing design software with incredibly intuitive design tools that can help you save money. You can remove backgrounds, add text or graphics etc. and export the files that can be uploaded to our online designer. Check it out if you wish to try it yourself first!

How do I care for my printed products?

1. We recommend modest washing powders and detergents to maintain brightness and longevity of the heat transfers.

2. Washing in cold water with garments turned inside out is recommended. Transfers can be washed up to max 40°C. (This is also subject to the care instructions of the garment).

3. Transfers cannot be directly ironed. Place a piece of fabric over the transfer prior to ironing.

4. Do not bleach, soak or tumble dry.

Can we supply our own garments for printing?

We'd love to accept provided garments however they disrupt our process and as we have no control over this stock, we cannot guarantee the quality so we do not accept any customer-provided stock.
