What is your normal turnaround time?

Our typical printing turnaround time is approximately 7 business days.

Can I supply my own stock?

Unfortunately, no. To ensure consistent quality, we don’t accept customer-provided garments as they can disrupt our process and fall outside our quality control standards.

Do I see artwork before printing?

Our production typically starts within hours of your order, so changes aren’t possible - you’ll get exactly what you designed! In rare cases, we may contact you for clarification, but uploading high-resolution artwork ensures a smooth process with no issues.

What type of printing is it?

We use direct-to-film (DTF) printing which is the latest in print technology and work with premium consumables and machinery to ensure a high-quality result.
